User Agreement in plain english! 

SP Diesel doesn't use your email address for spam period.  We won't be selling anyones email address anytime in the foreseeable future...we have more important things to make money on, like cool powerstroke diesel products.  We might email you if we need to contact you about your product or if we roll something new out, but your identity is safe with us.

All information contained on this site is ours! Period end of story.  It is for the use of SP Diesel, it's distributors and customers.  Don't even try to scam on us.  We'll have you tarred and feathered...Well not really, but our lawyer might, and she's mean.

Purchasing SP Diesel products is for distributor or end customer use and enjoyment only.  Any purchases for the purpose of reverse engineering or copying / cloning or stem cell research could result in a lawsuit.  Again...see above mean lawyer lady.

Our logos, signage, promotional information all contains work by a very talented man, who gets paid good money to take our ideas and make them happen on an expensive graphics program.  Don't rip him off.  You can use our logo for the following reasons:

• avatars for online forums
• your homepage for links to our site
• to show your friends
• any legitimate reason other than copying a likeness of it so your company can look as cool as ours.  We love our smokin' diesel logo. 

Distributors and advertisers are the only companies that should be using this logo, and even they need to get permission.
