A detailed description of our satisfaction guarantee.

 

SP Diesel offers many of our products with a satisfaction guarantee.  The spirit of this guarantee was to ensure customers that thier items would function as advertised.  It's intention was not a 'lifetime' return guarantee, so that when something new comes along or you sell your truck, or just needed the money you could complain that the unit isn't functioning after you've owned the unit for 90 days or more with no previous communication to SP Diesel of any potential issues.  The staff of SP Diesel understands the need to offer attractive reasons to upgrade your equipment when we release new stuff, which is why we have the trade in trade up program on the stage II.  We take pride in ensuring all customers are satisfied.  See the below details.

30-day test drive:

Electronics like the SP Diesel Power Module series, the combo box, and exhaust brake, and exhaust sensor eliminator, are covered by a 30-day test drive policy.  That' means if within 30 days of purchase, if it doesn't perform as advertised, you can return the item for an exhange or refund of price paid.  30 days from date of purchase.  Some consideration will be made in the event of a shipping delay, but that doesn't mean 2 more months, it means we account for the delayed shipping days.  Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.  If you are unclear in anyway, you should contact SP Diesel prior to sending the unit back.  ALL items must have return authorization.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee beyond 30 days.

SP Diesel is in the business of ensuring customers are happy with thier hard-earned dollars spent.  We realize that sometimes, a components may fail.  That is electronics, they aren't forever.  If an SP Diesel electronics item should fail at anytime down the road, the item will be fixed or replaced at the option of SP Diesel.  Return authorization must be obtained just the same.  Sometimes a nominal charge may apply for repairs beyond 90 days of ownership, most of the time there will be no charge for the repairs that need to be made to your unit.  Each returned item will be fully tested and returned to the owner in full working order.
